1. Payment & Pricing
• PayPal only.
• Full payment upfront is preferred to cover PayPal fees and taxes.
• Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the request.
2. Process & Revisions
• Work-in-progress (WIP) updates and sketches will be fully accessible to you throughout the process.
• Revisions: You get 2 free minor revisions per stage (Sketch, Flat Color, etc.).
• Important: Once a stage is approved, I will not go back to change previous elements for free (e.g., no pose changes once we reach the coloring stage). Major changes at later stages will incur extra fees.
3. Privacy & Copyright
• Standard Commission: I reserve the right to post the artwork on my galleries and social media platforms.
• Private Commission: A 70% surcharge applies for full privacy (the artwork will not be uploaded online).
• All artworks are for personal use only. Commercial use (merchandise, logos, etc.) requires an additional fee.
• My work (including sketches and simple renders) is strictly for personal use and NOT allowed to be used for AI training, AI generation, or AI upscaling
4. Timeline & Delivery
• Estimated delivery time is [2-6 weeks], depending on the complexity of the piece.
5. Refund Policy
• No refunds will be issued once the final artwork has been delivered.
